Personal information provided to the Panache Gallery will not be provided to third parties without prior permission and will be retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Payment

We are shortly to introduce a method of paying via Paypal via our web-site. Until this payment method is available we are able to take payment by cheque (posted to Panache Gallery, 1 Fore Street, Kingsand, PL10 1NA) or credit card payment over the phone (please call us on 01752 823280).

Returns policy

Faulty goods will be exchanged upon receipt of the original item purchased or proof of the fault e.g. by provision of a photograph. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Exchange policy

The Panache Gallery wants you to be delighted with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you would like to exchange the item you have purchased for another item in our gallery, we are very happy to do so provided that the goods are returned to us with the original packaging, and are received in their original condition. Unfortunately this exchange policy does not extend to earrings for Health and Safety reasons. Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of the original purchase and is subject to evidence of purchase by provision of a copy of the original receipt.

Postage and packaging

Standard postage and packaging costs are as stated. If costs are not stated then we will quote these on an individual basis prior to purchase.
